According to reports, Felix is willing to take a significant pay cut at Chelsea. At Benfica, he is expected to earn around £3m per year, plus performance-based bonuses.
One major issue still needs to be resolved – the transfer fee. Benfica would like to pay around €20m for 50% of Felix's rights. This would allow Chelsea to receive half of the transfer fee if they were to resell him in the future.
Benfica are reportedly open to increasing their offer slightly to finalize the transfer.
