Reinier has moved to Atletico Mineiro on a free transfer, but Real Madrid will still benefit from a 50% sell-on clause in the deal.
He has signed a contract that will keep him at the club until 2029.
After signing the contract, Reinier expressed his excitement about joining Atletico Mineiro, saying, "It's a pleasure for me to be here in Galo. As I told my family, friends, and staff, I wanted a home, and I think I've found the right one."
Reinier also stated, "I didn't have a home, and now I'm certain that Galo will be my new home."
