Spurs, the underdogs, will face the European champions, with Kvaratskhelia being one of PSG's key threats.
When asked about his strategy to stop Kvaratskhelia, Frank jokingly said: "I could say a few things, but I probably shouldn't say I want to kick him down."
"He is a very skilled player, a unique talent," Frank explained. "He has exceptional ball control and one-on-one skills. I've been following him for some time, both in Naples and with the national team, and now with PSG."
However, Frank is confident that his team can keep Kvaratskhelia under control. "He's just a human being, a very good player, but we have good defenders and a solid plan in place," he said.
Frank also expressed his team's readiness for the match. "The right time is now, so we need to be prepared. I couldn't put it off for six weeks unless I had a plan to do so."
Frank believes that Tottenham can be competitive in the match, even though PSG's players may be at a higher level. "I'm 100% sure it will be a super competitive game, but overall, their best players may perform better over a season."
Despite this, Frank is confident that his team will be ready for the match.
