Getafe is reportedly in contact with former Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford. Bamford was released by Leeds at the end of last season after helping the team win promotion back to the Premier League. Despite not having secured a new club, Bamford is now in talks with Getafe. According to reports, Bamford is close to committing to the Madrid-based club. Bamford played 18 games for Leeds United in all competitions last season.
