The club has loaned out 23-year-old Paulsen to Gdańsk, a team from Poland that is struggling in the league. Paulsen had joined Bournemouth in the summer of 2024 but has yet to play for the team. He was a key player for Auckland last season, helping them win the Premier's Plate with 14 clean sheets in 28 league appearances.
In a separate move, 20-year-old forward Daniel Adu-Adjei has left the club to join Croatian champions HNK Rijeka. Adu-Adjei had been with Bournemouth for four years and had gained valuable experience from loan spells at Poole Town, Leyton Orient, and Carlisle United.
Adu-Adjei thanked his teammates, staff, and fans on social media for their support during his time at the club. He expressed gratitude for the amazing four years he spent at Bournemouth and is excited for the next chapter of his career.
